Arrive With a Clean Wrist, Ankle, or Neck
Skip lotions or oils on the area you’re linking — clean, dry skin helps us get the best weld. -
Be on Time
Each appointment is carefully timed, so arriving promptly helps us stay on schedule. -
Know What You Like
Take a look at our available chain options ahead of time to get inspired (or let us help you decide in person). -
Bring Valid ID if Under 18
Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a waiver.
Permanent Jewelry After Care

Avoid exposing the jewelry to lotions and chemicals, including cleaning agents.

Clean the jewelry regularly using a mild, non-abrasive soap and warm water.

Be careful with jewelry while engaging in activities that may subject it to excessive force or impact.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

Easily remove jewelry by cutting with scissors.

Seek professional assistance for any repairs or adjustments needed.
Warranty
Coverage​
Your permanent jewelry comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of placement. This includes:

Free repairs or re-welds for any defects in materials or workmanship

Free temporary removal and re-welds for medical procedures (e.g., MRIs)

Medical re-welds are also free up to 90 days after your original appointment.

Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original recipient. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage due to accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. Any work done outside of Leilani Links voids the warranty.

Maintenance
We recommend periodic check-ups to ensure your jewelry stays secure. Any repairs or adjustments needed after the warranty window may incur a small service fee or additional charges.
Terms & Conditions
General Policies
By booking a service with Leilani Links, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 13 years old. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
​
Jewelry Warranty
We offer a 30-day complimentary re-weld for chains that break under normal wear and tear. After 30 days, re-welds are available for $15, provided the chain is in reusable condition.
​
Medical Removals
If your jewelry must be removed due to a medical procedure (e.g., MRI), we offer one complimentary re-weld within 30 days of the procedure. Proof of procedure may be required.
​
Lost or Damaged Jewelry
Leilani Links is not responsible for lost or irreparably damaged jewelry. If your chain cannot be rewelded, a new chain must be purchased.
​
Materials Notice
We use high-quality chains such as gold-filled and sterling silver. However, all metals are subject to natural wear and fading depending on individual body chemistry, environmental exposure, and lifestyle.

Client Responsibility
Once your piece is welded, you assume full responsibility for the care, maintenance, and wear of your jewelry.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty and reschedule without additional fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $25 fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Tardiness
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling based on availability.
​
Event Bookings (Private Parties, Pop-Ups, etc.)
Booking Fee
A $50 non-refundable fee is required to reserve your event date. This amount is credited toward the host’s jewelry purchase at the event.

Cancellation Policy
If canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled event, the booking fee will be forfeited. Cancellations made earlier may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
​
Minimums
Some events may require a minimum guest count or purchase total. These requirements will be clearly communicated during booking.
​
Setup Requirements
The host is responsible for providing electricity and a safe, accessible space for setup if required.
​
Travel Policy
Events outside the Rochester or Finger Lakes region may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed at booking.

All photos, graphics, and written content on this website are intellectual property of Leilani Links. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Photo & Media Consent
We may request to take photos of your welded piece or during your event for promotional use. A separate release form will be provided for photo/media consent. Participation is always optional.
